Compound Radar
Terms

Terms of use.

Last updated: April 18, 2026

These terms apply to your use of compoundradar.com (the "site") and the inquiry form on this site.

Compound Radar is in pre-launch product development. These terms cover the landing page only. They do not cover any Compound Radar product or service — a production SaaS product will be offered under its own terms of service (and, where applicable, a separate business-associate agreement) at launch. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a promise to provide, any product or service.

Acceptance

By using the site or submitting the inquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Site content

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, or compliance advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for consulting qualified professionals about your pharmacy's regulatory obligations.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The site may be unavailable at any time, its contents may change without notice, and we are not obligated to keep any information online.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compound Radar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a trial by jury.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version, which will always be posted at compoundradar.com/terms.html. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
