Content on this site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, or compliance advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for consulting qualified professionals about your pharmacy's regulatory obligations.
The inquiry form
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you submit is accurate.
- You represent that you are authorized to submit the information on behalf of the pharmacy or company you identify.
- Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, partnership, business relationship, or guaranteed participation in any pilot program.
- We may contact you about Compound Radar and the design-partner pilot.
Intellectual property
All text, design, layout, logos, and code on this site are the property of Compound Radar. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site's content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and fair use.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The site may be unavailable at any time, its contents may change without notice, and we are not obligated to keep any information online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compound Radar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Third-party services
This site uses Formspree to process form submissions. By submitting the form, you also agree to Formspree's terms of service and privacy policy. The site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those sites.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a trial by jury.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version, which will always be posted at compoundradar.com/terms.html. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and Compound Radar regarding the site, and supersede any prior communications.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
